Northern Cape Recruitment provides an online recruitment platform that connects job seekers, employers and recruitment service providers.

The platform may allow candidates to create profiles, upload employment information, search for vacancies and submit job applications. Employers may create company profiles, publish vacancies and review applications.

You must provide complete, accurate and current information when creating an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity performed through your account. You must notify Northern Cape Recruitment promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not create an account using another person's identity or provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate qualifications, employment history and personal information.
• Upload only documents that are authentic and that they are legally permitted to use.
• Keep their profile and contact information reasonably up to date.
• Avoid misleading employers regarding experience, qualifications, licences or competencies.

Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate company and vacancy information.
• Advertise legitimate employment opportunities only.
• Use candidate information only for lawful recruitment and employment-related purposes.
• Treat applicants fairly and comply with applicable employment and data-protection requirements.
• Avoid requesting unlawful payments or fees from candidates.

You may not use the platform to:

• Publish false, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person, employer or organisation.
• Distribute malicious software or attempt to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Collect candidate or employer information for unauthorised marketing, resale or unrelated commercial purposes.
• Post fraudulent vacancies, pyramid schemes or opportunities that require unlawful candidate payments.

Northern Cape Recruitment provides the platform through which employers and candidates can connect. Unless expressly stated, the platform is not the employer and is not a party to an employment agreement concluded between a candidate and an employer.

Publishing a vacancy does not guarantee that an employer will receive suitable applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer or appointment.

Employers remain responsible for conducting appropriate recruitment checks before making an appointment. This may include verifying qualifications, references, licences, identity information and employment history where permitted.

Northern Cape Recruitment may review, restrict or remove information that appears inaccurate, unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

Personal information submitted through the platform will be handled in accordance with the Northern Cape Recruitment Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements.

Candidates understand that information included in applications may be made available to the relevant employer for recruitment purposes.

The Northern Cape Recruitment name, branding, website design, software and original platform content remain the property of their respective owner or authorised licensor.

Users retain responsibility for content and documents they submit. By uploading information, users permit the platform to store, process and display it as reasonably necessary to provide the recruitment service.

Northern Cape Recruitment may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, security abuse or a material breach of these terms.

Users may request closure of their accounts, subject to any information that must reasonably be retained for legal, security or administrative purposes.

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the platform available and secure. However, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Features may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, security concerns or improvements to the service.

Northern Cape Recruitment is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers, information supplied by users, or disputes arising directly between candidates and employers.

Users are responsible for independently assessing job opportunities, candidates and information received through the platform.

These terms may be updated when the platform, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page together with the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled through the appropriate South African legal processes.
