Northern Cape Recruitment provides the platform through which employers and candidates can connect. Unless expressly stated, the platform is not the employer and is not a party to an employment agreement concluded between a candidate and an employer.
Publishing a vacancy does not guarantee that an employer will receive suitable applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer or appointment.
Employers remain responsible for conducting appropriate recruitment checks before making an appointment. This may include verifying qualifications, references, licences, identity information and employment history where permitted.
Northern Cape Recruitment may review, restrict or remove information that appears inaccurate, unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
Personal information submitted through the platform will be handled in accordance with the Northern Cape Recruitment Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements.
Candidates understand that information included in applications may be made available to the relevant employer for recruitment purposes.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled through the appropriate South African legal processes.
